Web developers are in high demand, with the Bureau of Labor Statistics predicting a 16% increase in job opportunities by 2024. Web developers use their coding skills to design and build websites for clients.

In order to become a web developer, you’ll need to learn computer programming languages like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

These languages allow you to work with text when building websites or apps. You can find online tutorials that will teach these skills; however, if you want an accredited degree in computer science or web development then consider enrolling at one of the many colleges offering certificate or associate’s degree programs on this subject matter.
